Situated at the intersection of University Circle, Hough, and Fairfax, the Martin Luther King Jr. branch of the Cleveland Public Library — whose moniker is "The People's University" — was designed to serve every corner of the community, from children to retirees and those without stable housing or technology access. Occupying the first two floors of a new residential tower, the branch centers on a concrete platform that functions as a multifunctional stage and gathering space encircled by desks, benches, and steps.
