The MLK Jr. branch of the Cleveland Public Library anchors a new residential tower in University Circle. I was drawn to the concrete platform at its center, ringed by a circular curtain track, and the way the exposed structure, perforated metal ceilings, and millwork signal a space designed to be rearranged.
