J Kurtz Architects reimagined this former storefront as a vibrant home for Oberlin College's musical theater program. The street-facing rehearsal rooms give the public a glimpse into the work happening inside while providing abundant daylight. Further inside, offices, practice rooms, and student lounges are linked by openings between the rehearsal spaces.
